  1. Hi Praveen, can you give me some insights on which simulations you are experiencing this with? Is it all simulations you launch or just specific ones? Are they ones that you made/own or those that have been shared with you?

For the web issue, it is behaving as if you hit the refresh button during the experience. I am unclear as to what this issue could be. If it is the same simulations as the ones you are experiencing the issues with in Desktop that would be useful information as we look further into this issue.

  2. Hi Praveen,

We've identified a potential cause of the crash and are applying a fix for the next version of HyperSkill. There is a potential fix that you can try on your end before the official release of the patch for HyperSkill.
    Please try the following steps:

    1. Completely exit the Hyperskill application.
    2. Navigate to "C:/Users/prave/AppData/Local/Temp/SimInsights/"
    3. Look for a folder named 'HyperSkillDesktop' and delete it.
    4. Restart the Hyperskill application and try logging in again.

This workaround should hopefully resolve the crashing issue you've been experiencing.

  3. Hi Well, that is an interesting error. Objects shouldn't be moving after being placed from their editor versioning provided that you aren't adjusting their position via snapping or through the entry state actions. What objects are you adding that are behaving this way?

For adding states, I'm only able to replicate your issue by not left clicking in the Scenario Flow Canvas after adding the state. I am able to left click the "+ State" button, then left click anywhere on the Canvas to drop the state. Also, right clicking, selecting "Add State" then left clicking to drop it works for me as well. If I right click the state will not be dropped and will instead delete it similar to what I am seeing in your video. If you are doing the above and are getting the same result can you let me know?

  4. Excerpt taken from Client Email:

Can these be organized for <Organization Name> access/ownership in the shared folder (currently different owners etc.)? This is to allow any fine tuning as the final demos will be accessed through the PIN code.

Yes, you can give access to the sims for edit or experience mode via your organization. That way, anyone in your organization will be able to access it for fine tuning.

  5. I am sorry to hear that. Can you please confirm that you are using the account tied to the email of ahmedmohamed10052@gmail.com. It looks like you made a total of 3 simulations and deleted one on your own. None of these simulations were given a name.

As for virtual objects, it looks like you uploaded 2 and deleted one leaving the object named AquaGuardians. Is this information correct?

  6. Hello there, HyperSkill simulations have their own commands and are not using general Meta Voice commands. Some simulations utilize the voice to have conversations within the simulations but some common commands that tend to exist in the sample simulations are those explaining the controls or methods of interactions. Simulations that have this enabled will typically have a panel showing what commands are possible and are listed like "How do I grab", "How do I teleport", etc.
