Jason Silverstein
Hi, I am using the included HyperSkill assets, however when I run the simulation these white cubes appear on the surface of some of the models. What are these blocks and is there a way to remove them? Thanks, Jason~
Chris
Hi Jason, that is happening due to an improperly uploaded asset using an older system/process. Can you please let me know what asset it is that contains these white blocks?
Jason Silverstein
Hi Chris, The models that i was able to positively identify the white blocks on the models this morning are: Computer Desk 3 Cart Utility If I come across any more I will let you know. Ethan
Hello Jason, I will take a look into these two objects, I believe they are within our public library. Thank you! Ethan
Jason Silverstein
Hey Ethan, When I checked this morning I am still seeing the white blocks on the models in my simulations. Were you able to fix the issue? Do I need to reload the models to remove the white blocks? Thanks for your guidance. Ethan
Hello Jason, I will look into the two objects now and provide you with another update within an hour or so. Once they are updated you will not need to reload the models. Thank you! Ethan
Ethan
Hello Jason, These two VO will now no longer have those blocks appear any longer, please let us know if you encounter any more objects that have the cubes appear. Your simulation will automatically update with the new change. Thank you! Ethan
