  1. Hi Praveen, can you give me some insights on which simulations you are experiencing this with? Is it all simulations you launch or just specific ones? Are they ones that you made/own or those that have been shared with you? For the web issue, it is behaving as if you hit the refresh button during the experience. I am unclear as to what this issue could be. If it is the same simulations as the ones you are experiencing the issues with in Desktop that would be useful information as we look further into this issue.
  2. Hi Well, I am curious if this issue was resolved for you with the update provided by the latest version update of the HyperSkill platform.
  3. I am sorry to hear that Praveen. Should the issue persist, please feel free to post again. We will do our best to resolve this issue in your environment.
  4. Hi Aarya, Sorry about that. There is a video that was uploaded but apparently got removed from the playlist at some point outlining that. Here is the video outlining the assets and scene layout.
  5. Hi Praveen, We've identified a potential cause of the crash and are applying a fix for the next version of HyperSkill. There is a potential fix that you can try on your end before the official release of the patch for HyperSkill. Please try the following steps: Completely exit the Hyperskill application. Navigate to "C:/Users/prave/AppData/Local/Temp/SimInsights/" Look for a folder named 'HyperSkillDesktop' and delete it. Restart the Hyperskill application and try logging in again. This workaround should hopefully resolve the crashing issue you've been experiencing.
  6. Hi Well, that is an interesting error. Objects shouldn't be moving after being placed from their editor versioning provided that you aren't adjusting their position via snapping or through the entry state actions. What objects are you adding that are behaving this way? For adding states, I'm only able to replicate your issue by not left clicking in the Scenario Flow Canvas after adding the state. I am able to left click the "+ State" button, then left click anywhere on the Canvas to drop the state. Also, right clicking, selecting "Add State" then left clicking to drop it works for me as well. If I right click the state will not be dropped and will instead delete it similar to what I am seeing in your video. If you are doing the above and are getting the same result can you let me know?
  7. Hi Praveen, thank you for submitting this to us. We will look into this and try and get back to you with an explanation and a solution as soon as possible.
  8. Excerpt taken from Client Email: Can these be organized for <Organization Name> access/ownership in the shared folder (currently different owners etc.)? This is to allow any fine tuning as the final demos will be accessed through the PIN code. Yes, you can give access to the sims for edit or experience mode via your organization. That way, anyone in your organization will be able to access it for fine tuning.
  9. We have updated our system to cache multiple experiences at this time, so if some effort is put in for preloading the simulations then the load time should be drastically reduced in comparison to when it was before.
  10. Yes, Pin Codes are the best way to grant public access to an experience on non-web platforms.
  11. Currently Multiplayer is not supported for Quest MR Experiences. It is on our roadmap and we hope to add it soon.
  12. Yes, simulations can always be linked via the Go To Sim feature. Just make sure that the simulation you want to link to is Public so you can find it in the Go To Sim list when using the selection.
  13. I am sorry to hear that. Can you please confirm that you are using the account tied to the email of ahmedmohamed10052@gmail.com. It looks like you made a total of 3 simulations and deleted one on your own. None of these simulations were given a name. As for virtual objects, it looks like you uploaded 2 and deleted one leaving the object named AquaGuardians. Is this information correct?
  14. Hi Jason, that is a user setting. Go to the cog wheel in the lower right of your simulation while in experience mode, switch the control mode from Rotation to Strafe.
  15. The current build with the fix is currently under review. It could be released as early as tomorrow.
  16. Hi Jason, I have looked into it and it is indeed an error on our end. It will be resolved in the next release of the VR build. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
  17. Hi Jason, thanks for your submission. I'll look into this right away and verify. It does look like a bug on our end though, I'll see what I can find and have a response for you as soon as possible on when it will be addressed.
  18. Make sure that you are following the proper procedure of typing in the email, clicking add which will move the email to the lower section, then hit send.
  19. I am not certain about this. That would be from a different section of the competition.
  20. Model and behavior graph are to be submitted as outlined in the provided User's Guide. I am not certain on the report.
  21. I apologize but that is outside of the scope we have here. Please contact the relevant helpdesk as listed on the site.
  22. Please confirm that they have created an account. The method is to type in the name of the account as they signed up with it. Make sure to click ADD, their name should show up in the lower section. THEN hit send.
  23. Hi there, the results will be announced on 3/16.
  24. Hello there, HyperSkill simulations have their own commands and are not using general Meta Voice commands. Some simulations utilize the voice to have conversations within the simulations but some common commands that tend to exist in the sample simulations are those explaining the controls or methods of interactions. Simulations that have this enabled will typically have a panel showing what commands are possible and are listed like "How do I grab", "How do I teleport", etc.
  25. Hi Jason, Thank you for your submission. Here is what we have found out. First, the information on the Feedback Log saying Data hall simulation VR is just dummy data and is not in fact connecting to another simulation. The method of causing this to occur appears to only be possible if you have no interactions in your simulation other than Voice Intent where the user uses only their voice to advance the simulation on Web. If you type in your response to the chat log this issue does not occur. If you add a display message, or any other type of interaction this also does not occur. We missed this in our testing so thank you so much for bringing it to our attention. A fix to this issue will be released in version 1.48.27 which should be publicly available on 3/16. Again, we greatly appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Sincerely, Chris
